T<span id=\"en-NIV-28119\" class=\"text Rom-8-2\">hrough Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. This law of the Spirit of life will always set you free.<\/span> Rom 8:2; 12:21. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The switch from eating processed food, junk food, or overeating to eating to whole foods and to having self-control is one day at a time, one meal at a time, and one prayer of thanksgiving at a time. \u00a0This is a switch of thought and a switch of food. They work together. This is by grace through faith and not of yourself but the gift of God in Christ. Eph. 2:8-9<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">To make any switch you have to have a new focus, a new mindset, and a new talk. The switch happens with words that match your new self, new life. Switching to whole foods which are delicious and healthy and make you feel and look good, will come effortlessly as you use new words to think and speak. By putting in the good stuff, the good words and thoughts, the old habits and thoughts will go away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Say and think something different and give thanks to God and the shift happens! Giving thanks to God is accessing His grace, His help. This Switching your eating habits is a 3 fold cord of thinking, speaking, and giving thanks to God! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">YOU ACT ON WHAT YOU THINK AND WHAT YOU SAY SO YOU ARE HELPING YOURSELF, MOTIVATING YOURSELF, AND EMPOWERING YOURSELF TO THINK DIFFERENTLY AND CREATING THE SWITCH. Prov. 23:7<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">This simply switch program is 3 steps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">1 \u2013 SWITCH ONE MEAL: <strong>FIND IT;<\/strong> First, thank God for helping you find the perfect healthy choice to replace a meal to whole food and one that you will love. Thank him for making it easy for you to make switches. Giving thanks to God is putting on Christ and living in His power, and it&#8217;s overcoming everything through the law of the Spirit of life. It&#8217;s doing it by grace not by works, and it protects your mind and heart and gives you God&#8217;s peace that surpasses all understanding. God&#8217;s way of thanksgiving prayers is easy but superpower, flooding your whole spirit, soul, and body with peace and joy. Phil. 4:6-7 Giving thanks will bring you many blessings! You will find the \u201cNEW THING\u201d that you want to switch one meal at a time. \u00a0You can easily find plant based recipes by googling raw food recipes, raw food substitutions, or vegan recipes for whatever food you like. Fruit is always a win, win as it&#8217;s sweet, full of flavor, nutrition, fiber, antioxidants, and gives you healthy energy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">2 \u2013 SWITCH WHAT YOU THINK: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>WRITE IT<\/strong>. Write a power verse like; I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. You can write any verse and simply say it in first person and it will give you power. This is the superpower of God&#8217;s grace imparted to you! Also write something good that you want to tell yourself to replace what you eat. Examples: I love eating bananas! \u00a0I enjoy a smoothie for breakfast made of fruit. Fruit is health to my whole body. Whatever it is you are replacing put it into words to help you see your new thing and start talking about tit.<br \/>\nThen write; Thank You, God, to remind you each time to speak some thanks to God after you say your new thing and your affirmation.<br \/>\n*** Write your power verse, your affirmation, and thank You, God. You can write them on a<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> little board or paper and place it on your kitchen counter where you will see it daily. You could frame it and set up the frame. When I&#8217;m working on something, I write it big on a 15x15in white board.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">3 \u2013 SWITCH WHAT YOU SAY<strong>&#8211; SAY IT. <\/strong>What you wrote down now say it. Say the power verse and the affirmation you wrote and give thanks to God making it easy for you and enjoyable for you to make switches. Pray with thanks whatever you want. The more thanks to God the more the blessings and power flow. \u00a0The more you <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">say it<\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">look at<\/span> your power verse and affirmation and <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">give thanks<\/span> to God, the more you will change your thoughts and habits. Take your power verse with you through your day and spend time meditating on it. You could be driving, shopping, walking, cleaning, etc.. and just think to yourself, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I love eating bananas and they are so good for me. Thank You, God, for making my eating new and fun. Maybe just think this for a minute or two. It&#8217; works really good! Words have power!<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">These new words are your accountability and way to a new mindset and new life. This gives you help, new eyes to see your new choices and new thoughts to guide your eating choices. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The biggest part of making any switch comes by new thoughts and words with gratitude. Make switching fun! Find delicious healthy foods you enjoy. Make nice cream! Take bananas that you&#8217;ve frozen and put them in a blender with some water to blend it, and yum, yum!! \u00a0A healthy low calorie ice cream treat! I always feel so satisfied and super good when I eat my bananas. They always satisfy my desires and give me great energy!
