I have been a student of God\u2019s Word since 1994 when I was born again. I\u2019ve come to know the Holy Spirit as the Teacher who teaches me all things. I have been a fitness instructor since 1993, teaching many formats such as pilates, Wholyfit, kickboxing, aerobics, strength training, seniors, and cycling. I\u2019m also a certified personal trainer. The Bible says that all Scripture is breathed out by God Himself through men to teach us, rebuke us, correct us, and train us up in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. (2 Tim 3:16-17) The Word of God has done all these things in my life and continues to do so daily, making me whole and healthy.<\/span><\/p>\n I believe Jesus when He said that He is the Way to eternal and abundant life here and now. When storms have come into my life I have been able to experience Jesus and His peace through keeping my focus on His Word. Jesus the Word has made me wise, loving, patient, joyful, and truly grateful! Everything in my life has become new and every year as I\u2019ve allowed the Holy Spirit to guide me more wonderful newness of life keeps coming. Jesus has delivered me from condemnation, fear, anger, depression and so much more! Jesus is my life now and always!
