I thank You Lord for supplying ALL my health needs, body, soul and spirit according to Your glorious riches in Christ. Thank You, Lord, for making me strong in You Lord and in Your mighty power through confessing Jesus the Word. Keep my eyes fixed today Lord on Jesus through confession and meditation. Teach me Lord how to walk in the Spirit and how to enjoy the abundant life. Be my nutritional Teacher. I lack wisdom concerning my health, so I’m asking You now and thanking You for freely giving to me each day the exact wisdom I need to get healthy and stay healthy! Teach me the way to eat healthy food in small portions and move my body and make these things fun and easy for me to do. Guide me to drink the adequate amount of water daily. Satisfy my mouth with good things; thanksgiving and praise, and every good and perfect gift you have for me through your precious promises and renew my youth like the eagle’s. Teach me to practice Your love for me all day, that I am Your beloved and You are mine! In everything guide me to pray with thanksgiving, to guard my heart and mind, and live at perfect peace. Thank You for prospering me in all things and giving me good health, with a soul full of truth prospering me. In Jesus name, amen
