Confession for Good Eating Habits

Start each day by simply surrendering, yielding yourself to God, by resting yourself in his presence and seeing (use your imagination) yourself in his Spirit of light and of self-control. Use your imagination to think about and see yourself eating healthy, and with healthy habits. Thank the Holy Spirit for helping you. Take time everyday to see yourself the way you want to be eating, the health you want, and the weight you want to be. He is your helper and with him all things are possible.

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. Prof. 23:7NKJV

I know that how I think I will be, I will act. I know that by renewing my mind and using my imagination to see good things, I will be transformed into a new person. So I am changing the way I think by telling myself the good things that God created me to be; healthy, whole, self-controlled, free, strong, and full of peace and joy.
Prov. 23:7 NKJV Rom. 12:2

I overcome everything in the world by faith, by believing (using my imagination) and speaking.

Greater is Christ in me than any problem.

I destroy all destructive cravings to sugar and all desires to overeat in Jesus name! I command eating problems to leave me forever in Jesus name! Food has no dominion over me, since I am under God’s grace.  1John 4:4; 5:4; Rom. 6:11-15; 10:3-10

I make healthy choices today. I love fruit!  It’s so delicious. I love salads so much!
I drink plenty of water, and take good care of my body.
My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and I glorify God with my body.
I feel so good eating fruit and salads.
The Holy Spirit is helping me eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.
My mind is focused on what is good, fruits and vegetables!
I am overflowing with thanksgiving to God and living the abundant life.
I pray with thanks to God in everything and he provides my needs.
Rom. 12:1-2; 1 Cor. 6:19; Phil. 4:8; Ps. 107:1; Phil. 4:19

I am the righteousness of God in Christ. I put no confidence in my flesh. I rely on God.  I am strong in the Lord and in His mighty power and I can do all things including eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, exercise my body regularly and give thanks in everything through Christ who gives me strength!  Gal. 2:20; 2 Cor. 5:21; Phil. 3:3; 4:13; Joel 3:10; Eph. 6:10

God, You are for me, not against me. You did not even spare Your own Son, but gave Him up for me! How will You not also along with Him, freely give me all things including a healthy diet, healthy habits, and a healthy body, soul, and spirit! Thank You, God, for replacing the old desires with new desires for healthy food. Thank You for showing me new ways of eating that I love and enjoy and making it easy for me to make changes.  Rom. 8:31-32

Thank You, Lord, for supplying all my needs according to Your glorious riches in Christ, and not according to my willpower or performance. Thank You, Lord, for always leading me in triumph in my health through Jesus! Phil. 4:19; 2 Cor. 2:14

God, You, are the Vine and I am connected to you everyday, remaining in You by giving you thanks always for helping me and You are bearing much fruit in my health. John 15:5

In Jesus Name, Amen (So be it!)
