WHAT IS A SOUL DETOX?
You may want to read through this information twice to familiarize yourself with everything before you start. We all need to detoxify our souls (mind, will and emotions) from doubt, unforgiveness, and the past. All these things cause us to have many more problems such as pride, jealousy, anger, rebellion, despair, fear, insecurity, etc. This detox will cleanse your soul from many destructive thoughts and emotions, and give you a great revival of health.

Words and images come to us constantly, and many are not so good. We tend to let them pile up in our souls, not realizing that they are causing us health, relational, mental, emotional, and spiritual problems. Whether we realize it or not, we ARE living on words. The toxic words and images that have come into our souls are keeping us from enjoying health, life, relationships, and God, and they need to be cleansed out. We are not only a body, but also a soul and spirit. What happens in our souls not only affects our body, but also affects every part of our lives. Prov. 18:21; 3John 1:2

This week you will be washing yourself with the water of the Word, cleansing out toxins from your soul, and resting yourself in the shadow of the Almighty by saying all week long, “He is My God, in Him I am putting my trust.” You’ll be focusing on faith, hope, and love, as well as rejoicing, praying, and thankfulness. These will produce the Holy Spirit’s power, love, and sound mind in you. You can bear 30-60-100 fold fruit in your life. You bear 30 fold when you activate one of the three-cord strands, 60 when two are activated, and you’ll receive 100 fold when you activate all three. These 3 cord strands will make your soul strong in the Lord and in His mighty power! Eph. 5:26, 6:10; Psalm 91:1-2; 1Cor. 13:13; Phil. 4:4-7; 2Tim. 1:7; Eccl. 4:12; Rom. 8:37; Mark 4:20

You’ll be letting the peace of God rule your heart all week by expressing thankfulness in everything, and letting the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom.   All week you’ll be soaking your soul in Christ the Word, calling on Him, and you will be richly blessed! You have God’s Word on that. As faith in God’s Word rises up in you this week, He will lead you to still waters and make you lie down and rest, and restore your soul.  You’ll be refreshed in your soul, joy will fill your heart, and light will come to your eyes. Col. 3:15-16; Rom 10:12-13; Ps. 19:7-9, 23:1-3

Using His Word, you will see how to set your mind and heart on the things above where Christ is seated by simply thanking God for all that He has given you in Christ. Since He has already supplied you everything you need for life through Jesus, all you need to do is thank Him for it. Col. 3:1-3; Phil. 4:19; 2Pet. 1:3-4

You already have God’s wisdom, faith, hope, love, humility, peace, strength, power, sound mind, joy, and so much more! In Genesis 2:16-17 we read, “The Lord God commanded the man, saying, ‘Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die’.” Surely means certain, definite. They had the whole garden to eat from, an abundance of good, healthy food! We have the whole Bible full of promises on which to feed that are rich food for our souls! The devil is always trying to get us to “eat” something that will kill us, things like doubt, fear, jealousy, etc. These are all soul killers. We feed our souls by simply listening carefully to Jesus, the Word. This food is good and your soul will delight itself in abundance. John 10:10; Isa. 55:2-3

You will be detoxifying your soul from all hopelessness and doubt, and will be filling it with faith, hope, and love this week using “Against All Hope” Bible stories, “Faith Strengtheners”, and “Faith Strengthener Prayer”.   Against all hope, where there seems to be no hope at all, you will in hope (high expectation of good) begin believing God at His Word. You will learn how to not waver or become weak in faith. You will be strengthened in your faith this week and give glory to God. You will be fully convinced that what God has promised you He is also able to perform. You are righteous and live by faith, meaning now you live by having the Word of God in your mouth and in your heart. Rom. 4:18-21; 10:6-8

Where grace abounds, EVERY good work abounds, and thanksgiving overflows to the glory of God. You gain access by faith into this grace in which you now stand and are established in the faith by abounding in it with thanksgiving.  Rejoicing always, praying always, and giving thanks always (3 cord strand) puts God’s peace to work, sanctifying you through and through, your whole spirit, soul and body. As you do these things you are boasting in the hope of the glory of God and this hope in Him will not disappoint, because the Holy Spirit will pour out His love in your heart. 2Cor. 4:15, 9:8; Col. 2:6-7; 1Thess. 5:16-24; Rom. 5:1-2,5

Get ready to become a person living by faith that pleases God, receives rewards, sees the glory of God, and for whom all things become possible! Doubt is a disease, a cancer of the worst kind! Doubt cleansing is crucial to our health. The symptoms of unbelief are deadly, causing a person to have an evil, hardened heart of rebellion, to be blown around and double-minded, unable to receive anything from the Lord, and unstable in all their ways. Everything that does not come from faith is sin. Heb. 3:12-13; 11:6; John 11:40; Matt. 19:26; James 1:6-7; Rom. 14:23; Mark 9:23

Christ comes and dwells in your heart by faith, strengthening your inner being, and then you have the strong 3-cord strand of faith, hope, and love; power, love, and a sound mind working in You! You will be filled with all the fullness of God, and His power will be at work in you through faith and will do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think! Eph. 3:16-20

God has supplied His amazing grace, and we may come boldly to His throne of grace to receive whatever we need to help us, accessing this grace through faith.   Jesus, the Word, is full of grace and truth. By grace through faith you will be saved (healed, delivered). God’s Word is living and powerful, but if you don’t activate it through faith it’s not living and powerful in you. You can purchase medication to heal you but if you don’t take the medication, it is of no good to you and you will not receive the benefits from it.  Heb. 4:12, 16; John 1:1,14-17 Mark 9:23; James 1:6-8; Eph 2:8-9; 3:16-21

HOW TO DO A SOUL DETOX
Time that you would usually take throughout your day to check things like friends on Facebook, the latest tweets on Twitter, text messages, emails, YouTube videos, favorite websites, news, sports updates, Google, or any other thing will be replaced by time in God’s Word to cleanse and strengthen your soul. You’ll be taking one week off from all of your regular checkpoints and replacing them with new checkpoints that strengthen your faith, grow you in grace and gratefulness, and increase your awareness of God’s love and provision.

Please don’t be legalistic about it though, by not responding to an important text, email, or call. Don’t think of it as going off your detox, you haven’t! Simply reply and move on. It may even be a good idea to let people know that you will be unavailable for this week if you know texting or other habits could be a problem. Also, if things come up that interrupt your detox, no biggie, just pick up where you left off. You may even extend it an extra day or so if you prefer.

Daily Faith Strengtheners and The Joy of the Lord
Each day you’ll do 3 of the 6 Faith Strengtheners, either morning, afternoon, and evening or morning and evening. Think of it as eating (feeding your soul) two or three meals a day, always ending a Faith Strengthener time by saying “The Joy of the Lord” once through. Day one Faith Strengtheners will be numbers 1-2-3, Day two, 3-4-5, Day three, 1-2-3, Day four, 4-5-6, Day five, 1-2-3, Day six, 4-5-6. Day seven is your victory day so you will do all 6, ending with The Joy of the Lord. These are times you’ll be cleansing and strengthening your soul, and these visits in the Word will be extremely profitable!  Josh. 6:15-16,20

You will take the selected Faith Strengthener, reading and confessing very slowly, repeating each sentence 3 times. Focus on listening closely to the Holy Spirit’s voice. Give these words your full attention. It’s not about quickly getting through the Faith Strengthener but saturating your soul with Jesus, the Word, and letting Christ dwell in you richly. There’s a sample audio of a Faith Strengthener, ending with The Joy of the Lord, so you can hear how it’s done. The more these words get in your soul, the healthier your soul will be.

Sample Faith Strengthener Audio

To begin each day you’ll have a Faith Strengthener Prayer to energize your faith and release all cares to God. Fill in the blanks with whatever you feel concerned or anxious about. They may be different each day.

Putting on Your Praise Garment: Isaiah 61:3 says, “God did not give you a spirit of despair but a garment of praise”. As we put it on and continue wearing it, the spirit of despair leaves. In Isaiah 55: 10-12 says, “As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. You will go out in joy be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.” John 15:7-11 says that by abiding in the Word you will be abiding in His love. This is so that His joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete (full). Romans 15:13 says, May the God of your hope so fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound and be overflowing (bubbling over) with hope.” (Amp.)

PUTTING ON YOUR PRAISE
Take time each day to praise the Lord with all forms of worship: singing, playing an instrument, raising hands, dance or movement, shouting and clapping
. This is who you are and what you do. Even when you only get in a few minutes of worship and praise it’s very powerful for soul cleansing! Praise and worship is so rewarding, enjoyable, and a huge part of your Soul Detox success.   Rejoicing in the Lord is true refreshment! Your soul will be filled with the Spirit!  Eph. 5:18-20 says to be filled with the Spirit by singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God. With a song a day, worship with your body, soul, and spirit, working up to more over time. Worshipping God with your whole self is an excellent soul strengthener and detoxifier, a powerful way to bring good health to your body, soul, and spirit! See how in Phil. 4:6-7 that rejoicing in the Lord comes first, then you have no more anxiety and are able to pray with thanks, receive His peace that surpasses all understanding, and fill up your mind up with excellent things.
Music Source: Pandora radio is one of many free streaming apps for music. The apps can be downloaded to your phone. I suggest these 3 songs to use this week for your Soul Detox: 10,000 reasons, How He loves, and Lord You are Good, Your Mercy Endures Forever, but feel free to explore and enjoy all kinds of worship songs.

Each day you’ll also have an AGAINST ALL HOPE story from the Bible to meet with God.
The Bible is full of Against All Hope stories; these are only a few. The story you’ll enjoy each day is a time for you to really look at God and yourself. You will be putting yourself in the story, seeing yourself as the one who is against all hope (hopeless). You’ll be using your eyes to see how much God loves you and looking closely at the way He works in your life. This is not just about reading but again listening to the Holy Spirit’s voice, visualizing and imagining, fixing your eyes on Jesus. See Him caring, loving and providing for YOU in this story; so always start this time with prayer, asking the Lord to show you great and mighty things you do not know, to open your eyes, heart and ears, and to speak to you. You’ll be using your faith to respond to God through each story. As an example, one day I was praying and feeling fearful about homeschooling my kids for high school. The Lord used a story in the Bible to show me my situation and His view on it. This is what He showed me and spoke to me: “I took one man Moses and lead 2 million Israelites for 40 years, do you think I can handle your two kids for 4 years?” Wow! What a new perspective He gave me! Fear left me and I was filled with faith.

There’s also Against All Hope Prayers, one for each day, to go with that day’s story. Pray it once or feel free to pray it 3 times.

Free Time
In those moments during the day when you normally would be checking those things mentioned above, you can speak your faith using any part of the six faith strengtheners, put on your praise, or enjoy Abiding in His Love. Abiding in His Love is below.

BEST WAY TO EAT FOOD
It’s very simple and profitable for your health to eat your food slowly. You could use this week to focus on eating slowly and chewing each bite to liquefy your food. This gives you the most benefit from the food that you’re eating and keeps you from many unnecessary health problems. Pray before each meal, asking the Lord to help you to eat slowly, and as you eat slowly remind yourself and think about all the amazing benefits and blessings you receive when you slow down and chew, really meditating on the Word of God! This reminder each time you eat will add lots to your Soul Detox, both physically and spiritually! Jesus is the bread of life, so throughout this week think about how you are feeding your soul on God’s Word and bringing joy and delight to your heart, blessing your soul, and making it strong, healthy, and whole.

PARTNERING SOUL DETOX
Maybe you would like to do your Soul Detox with a friend or your spouse. This gives you great accountability and makes it even more fun. Simply pick a time to meet each day, could even be over the phone. You’ll go through 2 Faith Strengtheners, alternating each sentence, saying it slowly 3 times and both of you do The Joy of the Lord. Next, pray the Faith Strengthener prayer together however you like, maybe alternating each sentence. You may do your Against All Hope Bible Story together or separate on any given day, whatever you both decide. You’ll do just one Faith Strengthener each day on your own. You could partner people up from your Bible study group and have a celebration at the end of the week, sharing your testimonies.

Really enjoy this week of feeding your soul on Jesus, the Bread of Life, and blessing yourself with good health! Remember, you are detoxifying your soul and strengthening it with health and life through Jesus. John 6:35

Dealing With Temptation & Galatians 2:20 These words are to go wherever you go

DEALING WITH TEMPTATION: When sin is coming against you, stand up and declare the cross saying, I count myself dead to the sin of _____ (pride, anger, unforgiveness, doubt, fear, depression, etc.) but alive to God in Christ Jesus my Lord. Say it at least 3 times out loud, more if necessary. This is your way of escape. Rom. 6:11

GALATIANS 2:20 – These words are to go wherever you go. You are to declare this verse out loud if possible before each thing you do: speaking to someone on the phone, going to work, meeting with someone, going to church, doing a difficult task, etc. “Lord, I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live but now You, Christ, living in me. So as I go _____ it’s not me doing _____ but You, Jesus, ministering through me. I can do nothing apart from You. I go now by faith in You, Jesus, who loved me and gave Yourself for me.” You can put this on your phone or print it out. John 15:5

I AM ABIDING IN HIS LOVE!
I trust in the Lord and feed my soul on His faithfulness. Thank You, Lord, for being with me, taking great delight in me, rejoicing over me with gladness and quieting me with Your love. I am so loved by You that You rejoice over me with singing and celebration!  You are filled with love and compassion toward me!  I love delighting myself in You, Lord, committing my ways to You, and watching You bring them to pass.  You are rich in mercy because of Your great love with which You loved me, even when I was dead in trespasses, You made me alive together with Christ. I see what great love You have lavished on me, that I should be called a child of God! You sent forth the Spirit of Your Son into my heart and made me Your child and an heir through Christ. You are slow to anger, abounding in love and faithful to forgive my sin and rebellion. Lord, I know it gives You pleasure for me to hope in Your mercy. I will give thanks to You, Lord, for You are good and Your mercy and loving-kindness endure forever. I will be glad and rejoice in Your mercy. You are kind to the unthankful and evil.  Therefore, I too will be merciful, just as You, Father, are merciful. Oh, how I love giving thanks to You, Lord, for Your amazing goodness and for Your wonderful works to me!  Ps 37:4-7; 103:8; 1John 3:1; Ps. 31:7, 100:5; 107; 147:10-11; Luke 6:35-36; Zeph. 3:17

DAILY FAITH STRENGTHENER PRAYER: Pray out loud if possible
Lord, give me a faith perspective (attitude). Remind me that faith is having Your perspective and giving You control of every area of my life. Teach me to be wise and realize that I already have everything I need for life and godliness through your precious promises. Make me a person who lives by faith and pleases You, God. Remind me that this is the place to receive rewards, see Your glory, and where all things become possible. Remind me that I’m able to resist the devil and keep from falling into doubt by simply standing firm in my faith. Continually remind me that doubt is a cancer of the worst kind, and how unbelief is deadly and will cause me to have an evil, hardened heart of rebellion, to be blown around and double-minded, unable to receive anything, and unstable in all my ways. Remind me that everything that does not come from faith is sin and that if I do not control my tongue from speaking doubt I deceive my own heart. Teach me the way of thanking You, Lord, for what I already have in Christ. Make me realize that everything I need for life I already have and I need to thank You for each thing, whether it’s wisdom, faith, hope, love, joy, righteousness, humility, peace, deliverance, freedom, healing, etc. Thank You, Lord, that I have in abundance all Your love and forgiveness needed to love and forgive anyone. Help me to always be full of joy in the Lord and to pray with thanksgiving. Remind me that this will keep me from being anxious about anything, guard my heart and mind, and give me peace. I thank You, Lord, for being my God and supplying all my needs! I pray for _____ (a concern or something you feel anxious about). Thank You, Lord, for Your powerful peace that surpasses all understanding, filling my heart and mind! Keep my mind trusting in You all day and living at perfect peace, always thinking on what is pure, good, true, excellent, and praiseworthy! Remind me, Lord, that whatever things I ask when I pray, I must believe that I receive them, and then I will have them. In Jesus’ name, Amen (so be it!)  2Pet. 1:3-4; Heb. 3:12-13; 11:6; John 11:40; Mark 9:23; 11:24; James 1:6-8, 26; 4:7; 1Pet. 5:9; Rom. 5:5; 14:23; Col. 3:15-16; Phil. 4:4-8,19; Isa. 26:3

DAILY FAITH STRENGTHENERS: Always finish with the joy of the Lord. Do selected Faith Strengthener 2 or 3 times a day, either morning, afternoon, and evening or morning and evening. Say each sentence 3x slowly. Day one Faith Strengtheners will be numbers 1-2-3, Day two, 3-4-5, Day three, 1-2-3, Day four, 4-5-6, Day five, 1-2-3, Day six, 4-5-6. Day seven is your victory day and you will do all 6 ending with shouting the joy of the Lord.

FINISH EACH FAITH STRENGTHENER BY SAYING “The Joy of the Lord” once through: Restore to me the joy of Your salvation! I will let the Joy of the Lord be my strength and I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God! In the day of trouble He will hide me in His shelter and my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; I will offer sacrifices and shouting of joy; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord. The Lord is the strength of my life as I bless the Lord with all my soul and everything within me. Ps. 27:5-6; 28:7; 51:12; 103:1; Isa. 61:10;

1- FAITH/HOPE/LOVE: You will need to write out your own Against All Hope by filling in the blanks.
Without faith it is impossible for me to please God. I will walk in love and by faith, not by sight. Christ dwells in my heart through faith; faith strengthens me and establishes me in God’s love. I gain access by faith into this grace. If God said it, He will do it. He is good to His Word.
Against all hope concerning _____ I will in hope and with high expectation believe You, God, at Your Word and will not waver or become weak in faith. I’m being strengthened in my faith and giving You glory. I am fully convinced that what You have promised concerning _____ (healing, delivering, saving), You are able to perform in _____’s life. I can do nothing, gain nothing, and accomplish nothing apart from God’s love. Everything I do with unconditional love is of God and makes people grow. Choosing unconditional love is the best choice I make because it will always bear much fruit! Rom. 4:18-21; 5:2; Heb. 11:6; 2Cor. 5:7; Eph. 3:17-19; 4:15; 5:2; Num. 23:19; 1Cor. 13:1-3; John 15:5
2 – FREEDOM FROM THE PAST: I’m looking at Jesus, not my past.  Holding onto the past is holding onto sickness.  I remember Lot’s wife.  If I seek to save my life by looking back, I end up losing it. The one thing I must do to press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus is to forget what lies behind, the past. I thank You, Lord, for returning 100 fold what the locusts have stolen. The devil brings up the past to destroy me, but Jesus wants me continually reminding myself of the cross, and my new identity in Christ, so I can enjoy living my life in Him and His power, love, and sound mind. Over all the things that happened to me in my past I am more than a conqueror through Him who loved me. Heb. 12:1-2; Luke 17:32-33; Phil. 3:13-14; Joel 2:25; Rev. 12:10; Col. 3:1-3; 2Tim. 1:7; Rom. 8:37
3 – REST/TRUST: I’m RESTING in the Lord by SAYING, “He is my God and in Him I am putting my trust.” Because all Scripture is the breath of God and makes me complete and thoroughly equipped for every good work, I fill my mouth with His Words that prosper me in all things and give me good health. My soul finds rest in God alone. When I come to Jesus, the Word, I find rest for my soul. God’s Word always leads me to still waters, places of peace, makes me lie down and rest in Him and restores my soul. I trust the Lord, by not leaning on myself and what I think, but instead acknowledging God’s Word in all my ways. I have contentment through Christ. Ps. 62:5; 91:1-2; 2Tim. 3:1-17; 3John 1:2; Matt. 11:28-30; Prov. 3:5-6; Phil. 4:11-13
4 – PEACE/THANKS: I avoid all godless chatter of ungratefulness, because indulging in it makes me become more and more ungodly and unthankful.  I love speaking and praying God’s Word with thanks! This makes me godly and grateful and supplies me with everything I need for life. Pride causes me to be unthankful, but humility makes me thankful to God for the indescribable gift of Jesus! I am doing God’s will for my life and being wise by giving thanks in all my circumstances, which always blesses me and keeps me from becoming a fool and falling into every kind of evil! I Let the peace of God rule my heart everyday by simply giving thanks. Praying with thanks destroys anxiety and causes the peace that surpasses all understanding to fill my heart! Peace brings health and life to my whole body and sanctifies my body, soul and spirit. 2Tim. 2:16; Phil. 4:6-7, 19; 2Cor. 4:14-15; 9:13-15; Eph. 5:15-21; 1Thess. 5:16-18,23-24; Rom. 1:21-22; Col. 3:15; Prov. 14:30
5 – RELATIONSHIPS/FORGIVENESS: I remember the sins and lawless deeds of others and myself no more. Instead, I think on what is pure, good, and excellent; then I will be choosing life over death and blessings, not curses. Unforgiveness is an enemy to my soul.  My God supplies all my needs to reconcile, heal, and prosper my relationship between myself and _____ and fills us with His love. I release all judgment I’ve held against _____. I cover over offense and seek love.  Since I’ve been forgiven much I love much.  I keep no records of wrongs.  I love _____ and do good to _____. I pray for _____ to be blessed in every way.   I speak words of blessing about _____ and to _____, because the Lord has freely forgiven me from all my sins, I freely forgive_____.  Heb. 8:12; Phil. 4:8,19; Deut. 30:19; Matt. 18-28-34; Luke 6:32-38; Prov. 17:9; Luke 7:47; 1Cor. 13:5; 1Pet. 3:9-10; Col. 3:13
6 – I BELIEVE WHO I AM: I was bought with the blood of Christ and belong to God. I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live is by faith in Him, who loved me and gave Himself for me. That’s why I’m counting myself dead to sin of every kind and alive in Christ. Sin has no dominion (power) over me, for I am not under law (master) but under grace. I’m a new creation. My sins are paid in full and I’m free indeed! I’m no longer a sinner but am the righteousness of God in Christ. 1Cor. 6:20; Gal.2:20; Rom. 5:17; 6:11,14; 2Cor. 5:17,21; John 8:36

AGAINST ALL HOPE BIBLE STORIES. In each day’s story, listen to God’s voice carefully and see how you are to respond in faith and stand firm against all hope. This is a time for you to really look at God and yourself. You will be putting yourself in the story, seeing yourself as the one who is against all hope (hopeless). You’ll be using your eyes to see how much God loves you and looking closely at the way God works in your life. This is not about reading but again listening to the Holy Spirit’s voice, visualizing and imagining, fixing your eyes on Jesus. See Him caring, loving and providing for YOU in this story. You’ll be using your faith to respond to God through each story. Notice how people respond by leaning on their own understanding rather than trusting the Lord, but ultimately how each story ends with rejoicing in the Lord.

QUESTIONS FOR EACH DAY’S AGAINST ALL HOPE BIBLE STORY

  • What is Against All Hope in the day’s story? How was hopelessness or hope in God demonstrated? How does it look when someone is leaning on their own understanding?
  • How does God give you hope through this story? How do you see God loving You and providing for you in this story? How will you now step out in faith and believe God at His Word concerning an Against All Hope situation in your life?

DAY 1 – John 11: 17-45   What situation or circumstance in your life do you consider dead and can’t be revived or restored?

DAY 2 – Gen. 18:1-14 What has God promised You through His Word that you find too hard to believe?

AGAINST ALL HOPE PRAYERS: Feel free to say each prayer 3 times

Day 1 Father, power and might are in your hand and no one can withstand you. You have disarmed the devil and destroyed his works through the precious blood of Jesus. I lift my eyes like Jesus did to where my help comes from, the maker of heaven and earth. Father, I thank You that I can come with confidence to the throne of grace and know that You hear Me. I know that if I ask anything according to Your will, Your Word, You hear me and whatever I ask—I know that I have what I asked You. 2Chron. 20:6; Col. 2:14-15; 1John 3:8; 5:14-15; Ps. 121:1; Heb 4:16; Num 14:18

Day 2 Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you. The things which are impossible with men are possible with You, God. If You said it, You will do it. If You spoke it, You will fulfill it. You are good for Your Word. I am blessed when I believe that there will be a fulfillment of what was spoken to me from the Lord. Jer. 32:17; Num. 23:19; Luke 1:45

Day 3 Jesus, You came to free me from captivity and release me from imprisonment. I was bound by the enemy, but you paid in full for my sin. I will sing aloud to You, God, my strength. I will make a joyful shout and raise a song to You. I call to You, Lord, in trouble, and You deliver me. Even when I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil because You, Lord, are with me, strengthening me and upholding me with Your victorious, righteous right hand. I open my mouth wide, so You can fill it with songs of praise, thanks to You, and declarations of all Your great works! Luke 18:27; Isa. 41:10; Ps. 81 John 16:33;

Day 4 My God is filled with love and compassion toward me! Lord, You ran toward me, threw Your arms around me and kissed me. You clothed me with the robe of righteousness and put a ring on my finger to give me authority over the devil and put sandals on my feet so that I can come boldly to the throne of grace to receive in my time of need. I see what great love You have lavished on me with Your rich love, that I should be called a child of God! You sent forth the Spirit of Your Son into my heart and made me Your child and heir, God through Christ. You sing over me and celebrate me! I was dead in my trespasses and sins, but You made me alive in Christ! Ps. 103:8; Luke 10:19, 15:20-24; 1John 3:1; Heb 4:16; Gal. 4:6; Eph. 2:4

Day 5 I cry out to You, Lord, in my affliction, and You answer me. You hear my voice. You redeemed my life from the pit. You turned to me and lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire and set my feet on Jesus, the rock, putting a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to You. Let me always see, fear, and put my trust in You, and I will be blessed! I will sacrifice to You, Lord, with the voice of thanksgiving. Salvation is of the Lord. For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved”. Jonah 2:2, 9; Ps. 40:1-4; 103:4; Rom. 10:13; Zeph. 3:17

Day 6 When I reach out to You, Jesus, with faith, You make me well, I go in peace, and I am healed. I will not be fearful and have no faith. Even the wind and the sea obey You, Lord!  You have promised me that in You I may have peace. In the world I will have tribulation; but I will be of good cheer because You have overcome the world.  You gave me Your peace, therefore I will not let my heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Mark 5:24-34; John 14:27; 16:33

Day 7 God exalted Jesus to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Demons believe—and shudder (tremble)!  Thank You, Lord, for giving me authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, that nothing shall by any means hurt me.  Nevertheless, I do not rejoice in this powerful position You have given me in Christ, that the spirits are subject to me in Jesus name, but rather I rejoice because my name is written in heaven! I rejoice because I am Yours and You are mine! Phil. 2:9-11; Luke 10:19-20; James 1:9; 2:19; Song of Solomon 2:16; Isa. 43:1

Jesus, now You want me to go and tell people what great things You have done for me, and how You have had compassion on me. Let Your will be done in me and use my tongue to speak the Truth in love. Cause Your grace to abound in me for every good work to save souls wherever I go. Make me salt and light in the world. Eph. 4:15; 2Cor. 9:8; Matt. 5:13-14; Matt. 28:18-20; Ps. 145:8
