This summer switch program is simply 3 steps.

1 – SWITCH ONE FOOD: FIND a whole food that you enjoy to replace the processed food or junk food. (One thing at a time) One you find the “NEW THING” you are able to switch from the old to the new.

2 – SWITCH WHAT YOU THINK: WRITE IT on a little board or paper to place on your kitchen counter where you will see it daily.  Example: I eat bananas instead!  I’m amazed at how many different ways I can eat bananas!

3 – SWITCH WHAT YOU SAY– SAY IT differently to yourself now.  As an example, I use to say to myself, “I want ice cream but now I say I want bananas and they satisfy me.  I love how good I feel by making smoothies with frozen bananas.  Other examples, Soup instead of… fruit instead of…. Etc…

TEMPTATION:  Simply ask yourself a POSITIVE question when you feel tempted and then say your new thing.  Example:  How much better will I feel eating bananas?  I love eating bananas.  They taste so good, satisfy me, and make me feel GREAT!  It’s way better if I eat 3 bananas then eat lots of ice cream.
